First Friday Food Trucks at Flamingo Gardens, 5:00pm – 9:00pm: Stop by the parking lot of Flamingo Gardens for this recurring event. It’s a great way to end the week with your family, listen to music and grab some dinner from the amazing food trucks. More details available here.
ArtsPark Funtastic Friday and Movie Night 5:00pm – 10:00pm: Bring the whole family, and some friends, to ArtsPark for music, face painting, bounce houses and games. The movie “Goodbye Christopher Robin” will be shown at 8:00pm. Information available here.
Old Town Untapped, 6:00pm – 9:00pm: Head out to Pompano Beach for this monthly recurring evening event. Bailey Contemporary Arts is the place to be for this craft beer and arts festival. There is food, music, art and more. Visit their website for more information.
Friday Night Sound Waves, 6:00pm – 9:00pm: Enjoy this free concert at the intersection of Las Olas Boulevard and AIA. This event, which recurs every Fridayevening, features a different performer each time. This weekend it is the Free Rads. Click here for more details.
First Friday Piano Bar at Studio Z, 7:00pm – 11:00pm: Visit Fort Lauderdale’s newest piano bar for an evening of singing! The doors open at 7:00 and music goes from 8:00 – 11:00. Columbia v. Venezuela at Hard Rock Stadium, 8:00pm: This international soccer match is bound to be amazing! Come out to the Hard Rock to see it in person. Tickets available here.
Movies on the Lawn, 8:00pm: Come by the Great Lawn at the intersection of Atlantic and Pompano Beach Blvd. for a free outdoor showing of the movie Matilda. Bring your blankets and chairs! For more information, click here. This event recurs the first Friday of each month.

Coral Springs Remembrance 9/11 5K Run/Walk, 7:00am: This family friendly event honors and remembers those our country lost on September 11th. Clickhere for more details and to register.
Grandparents Weekend at Butterfly World, 9:00am – 5:00pm: Celebrate grandparents with a visit to Butterfly World in Coconut Creek. In honor of them, the park is offering special admission rates of $10.00 per person for everyone (kids under 2 admitted free). This event continues tomorrow, too.
