Pompano Pier Food Truck Round-up, 6:00pm -10:00pm: Visit the Pompano Beach Fishing pier for an evening of fun. There will be food trucks and music. Bring your chairs and blanket and enjoy a relaxing evening with your family. For more information, click here.
FLL Fashion Week 2018, 7:30pm-9:30pm: Located at Huzienga Plaza in Las Olas, FLL Fashion week is two days of performances and shows (continues on Saturday). Visit their website for ticket details and the schedule.

Spring Cleanup and Garage Sale, 7:00am – Noon: Oriole Park in Margate is the site of this large garage sale. Expect to find over 150 vendors and hundreds of “shoppers”. One man’s trash in another man’s treasure! More details available on city’s website.
Coral Springs Festival of the Arts and Garden Fest, 10:00am – 5:00pm: This popular annual event (which continues on Sunday) is always fun and entertaining. This year, the 14th anniversary, it will again be held at The Walk in Coral Springs, Visit and enjoy beautiful art, vendors and food. Information is available here.
Duck Fest Derby, Noon – 3:00pm: Visit Esplanade Park in Fort Lauderdale for the 12th Annual Kids in Distress Fundraiser. In addition to rubber duck races there will be food, bounce houses, a petting zoo and more. Click herefor additional information.
Wild West Night, 6:00pm: Ron Bergeron’s Green Glade Ranch is home to the 8th annual benefit for Bit-by-Bit Therapeutic Riding Center. Check out their brochure to learn more about this amazing organization as well as the event.
Beauty & the Beast, 7:00pm: Presented by the Heroes of Hip Hop Theatrical Company, this production’s cast is comprised completely of kids! It is an adaptation with creative choreography. Information regarding tickets at the Broward Center is available here.

Sunshine at the Park Festival, 10:00am – 3:00pm: Markham park is host to this year’s festival which will be complete with bounce houses, face painting, performances by Hip Hop Kidz and so much more. Admission details and more information is available on their website.
St. Pawtrick’s Day Pet Party, 11:00am – 3:00pm: Visit Jaco Pastorius Park and spend an afternoon celebrating the holiday with your pet! Hosted by Pets Broward and Labrador Retriever Rescue of South Florida, this event promises to be lots of fun. Visit their Facebook page for more information.
Free Arts Family Day, Noon – 4:00pm: Hosted by the Arts and Cultural Center, this event (held monthly) celebrates Dr. Seuss’ birthday! Click here for details.
Food Play for Kids at The Wynwood Yard, 1:00pm -3:00pm: This family event (held on Sundays) is appropriate for children ages 3-12. It is an interactive organic art experience during which kids will make a “food play character” out of vegetables. Adults are invited to enjoy lunch as they watch their kids explore. March for our Lives, Parkland, March 24th: Come to the City of Parkland’s Trails End Park and join in a March to promote safety for all of our children. Details available here.
Walk MS, March 24th, 8:30am: Held in Fort Lauderdale at George English Park, this walk aims to raise funds to eradicate multiple sclerosis. Visit their website for additional information and to learn how to participate.
Race for Women’s Wellness Half Marathon and 5k, 6:00am, March 24th: This race, which benefits the Lisa Boccard Breast Cancer Fund is held in Coral Springs. Proceed benefits woman who would otherwise be unable to afford screening mammograms, and if necessary, treatment. Details on registration available here.
