Located in Pompano Beach, Florida, Blanche Ely High School is part of the Broward County Public School System and serves over 2,000 students from the Pompano Beach area.


Blanche Ely administration, teachers and staff constantly strive for excellence.  The school offers a broad range of classes to its students, including career tech and vocational classes like culinary arts, digital design and finance and tourism.  A more complete list can be found here. After School Activities

After school activities are equally as diverse and well-respected.  The students, whose mascot is the Mighty Tiger, participate in more than 15 clubs on campus including robotics, journalism and literary magazine. Finally, the school  is home to over 20 varsity and junior varsity athletic teams, many of which have experienced significant success.

Feeder Schools

Portions of the student bodies from  Crystal Lake Middle School and Pompano Beach Middle School feed into Blanche Ely.  The schools work closely together to ensure a smooth transition including academics and activities.
