Located in Sunrise, Florida, Piper High School is part of the Broward County Public School System and serves over 2,400 students.  Administration, staff and teachers are committed to ensuring students are college and career ready.

Schedules

Piper is well-regarded for the broad range of classes it offers including multiple Advanced Placement options.  Each year students are accepted to a variety of post secondary institutions.

After School Activities

After school activities are equally as diverse and well-respected.  The students, whose mascot is the Bengal, participate in more than 35 clubs and organizations on campus.  There are also a number of very active academic honor societies. Finally, the school  is home to several sports at the varsity and junior varsity levels, many of which have experienced significant success. The student body is extremely well-rounded and involved.

Parental involvement and support is considerable.  The school has an active PTSA as well as SAC and SAF organizations.  Parents are also invited to participate in a mentoring program.

Feeder Schools

Portions of students from Bair Middle School, Lauderdale Lakes Middle School, Lauderhill 6-12, Millennium 6-12 and West Pine Middle School feed in Piper.  The schools work closely for a smooth transition.
