Located in Coconut Creek, Florida, Monarch High School Serves over 2,300 students.  The School, which is accredited by the Southern Association of Schools & Colleges is part of the Broward School System and  is staffed by dedicated and skilled professionals committed to helping their students success.

Schedules

The school offers a broad range of classes including regular, honors and 21 AP classes. A broad range of electives are also available.   Additionally, students have the opportunity to dual enroll and earn college credit.

After School Activities

After school activities are varied and plentiful.  Over 35 clubs and academic honor societies are on campus including band, drama and National Honor Society   Additionally, student-athletes have the opportunity to participate in various sports on both varsity and junior varsity levels.  In fact, Monarch has teams that compete in over 12 sports. Several have experienced considerable success.

Parents and community members are encouraged to become involved in the school through SAC and SAF as well as tutoring.  Administration values the input of parents and the community and  the positive affect  they have on their students individually and the school as a whole.

Feeder Schools

Portions of the student bodies from Margate Middle and Lyons Creek Middle feed into Monarch High School.  Administration and staff from all three schools coordinate to ensure a smooth transition.
