The Marlins, Heat, Dolphins and Panthers are all local South Florida teams.

Additionally, both The Broward Center in Fort Lauderdale and the BB&T Center in Sunrise host a broad range of cultural events for all ages. In less than half an our you can see Broadway shows like Waitress and Jersey Boys, children’s shows like Sesame Street Live and Disney on Ice and so many concerts!  Finally, the town is just a15 minute drive to Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport. You can be on a plane in a snap!

Great schools are an important benefit to living in Southwest Ranches.  Students are part of the Broward County School System, one of the largest districts in the country. there are also a number of private and charter schools nearby.  Residents have many options.
